Pastor Anthony McKenzie, Sr.

 

 

Rev. Anthony D. McKenzie, Sr. is Pastor and Co-Founder of Bread for the Journey Ministries. He previously served as an Associate Minister at the New Psalmist Baptist Church, Baltimore, Maryland, under the anointed tutelage of Bishop Walter S. Thomas, Sr.

 

Pastor McKenzie received his license to preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ, April 16, 2011 and was ordained 4 years later on Thanksgiving Day, November 24, 2015. He is committed to following the will of God and carrying God’s word to a hurting and lost generation.

 

Pastor McKenzie is a gifted Preacher, Teacher and Visionary who uses God's anointing to minister reconciliation and restoration to the broken hearted, healing to those hurting, and strength to the weak.  He (and his wife Lady Adrian) carry a special burden for marriage. These issues are often heard in his preaching assignments. 

 

Pastor McKenzie is a Preacher who lives with a staunch commitment to serve and embraces the words of the Apostle Paul, “Whatever you do; work at it with all your heart as working for the Lord (Colossians 3:23-24).”

 

Outside of his Pastoral duties, Rev. McKenzie enjoys golfing and traveling with his lovely wife, Lady Adrian McKenzie. He is a proud father of 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren.
